We encourage all families to complete our School Benefit Application to see if your student qualifies to receive extra benefits for school, like free or reduced meals and more listed below.
Families must complete a new application for free and reduced meals at the beginning of each school year. Please use the complete first and last name(s) of your student. It should match the name on the enrollment record and include hyphenated or multiple last names.
Please note the following exception:
Students currently enrolled in BCSS receiving Food Stamps or TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) are automatically enrolled and do not need to complete a School Benefit Application. However, if you are a new BCSS family, you must complete a new application. It will not carry over to a different county.
